A wedding at Standedge is truly magical. The 250 year old canal side setting provides a blank canvas venue split across three floors suited to any style of wedding.
Arrive by boat to your special day with everything on one site. Our venue is licensed for your ceremony to be held on any of the three floors of the building and the also the garden and grounds. You and your guests can move seamlessly between levels to your reception, dining and evening celebrations.

From the start our designated contact Sam was helpful, flexible to everything we wanted, and the price was so reasonable for everything that was included. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team really know what they are doing. Our day ran seamlessly which, bearing in mind we had a petting zoo, open mic and takeaway curry for 170 people including 48 children, was no mean feat! The room was decorated beautifully and with our own added touches it really was magical. “
